The South Coast Running Club is hosting its 44th annual Circle the Bay 30K on Saturday, August 13th, 2017 in North Bend, OR.

Near Coos Bay, North Bend is on the coast and the event will feature a gorgeous (and relatively flat!) course around the bay. The entire course has an elevation gain of just under 500 ft. This course will be open to traffic, so participants should use extra caution.

You can choose to run the entire 30K solo or you can form a 3-person team. Walkers are welcome!

Walkers start at 6:30 am (packets must be picked up by 6:15 am). and the runners start at 8:00 am (with packet pick up from 6:45 – 7:45 am). There will be (plumbed!) toilets at the start/finish line and port-a-potties variously along the course.

If you are registered by 7/31, you will receive a short sleeved tech tee. Participants, volunteers, family, and friends will enjoy post-race food and beverages. The 30K individual participants will receive the Circle the Bay medal! The awards ceremony will begin around 11:15 am in Ferry Road Park and the awards are given to those who place 1st through 8th!
