Race Preview: Inaugural Pine Hollow Half Marathon (Tygh Valley, OR)

The Timberline Trail Running Club is putting on an inaugural half marathon this year on Sunday, June 4th (replacing the Pine Hollow Triathlon, but adding to the X-Dog Pine Hollow Paddle on Saturday). If you’re not feeling up for all 13.1 scenic miles, you can sign up for the Coyote 4-Mile, which circles Pine Hollow Reservoir as well.

The half marathon course is gently rolling around the lake for 9.1 paved miles then merges onto the 4 Mile course with a gravel road, some trail running, and a sandy finish on the beach. The half marathon will have 3 water stations in addition to the infamous “Temptation Station”!
