The 5th annual Race to the Cape will be held in Tillamook on March 5th. This 10 mile fun run promises scenic views as you start at Cape Lookout State Park and take North Trail to the end of Cape Trail. With ocean views on this out and back trail, there’s a good chance you will want to stop for a few photos along the way.
Race to the Cape, organized by Ascherl Industries, is the first of 5 events in the Trail Challenge Series. Since this event starts and finishes at a state park, participants will need to purchase a $5 parking pass (unless you have a state park pass.)
Snacks and drinks will be available at the finish line and all participants will receive a finisher’s medal. Medals will also be awarded to the top overall male and female. This event is limited to just 50 participants to register early to ensure your spot in this scenic trail race.
