Ring in the New Year on January 8th with the Resolution Run in Battle Ground

Start the new year off right with a 10k or 5k run and bring the kids along for a 1k Cub Run on Sunday, January 8th in Battle Ground, Washington. The Resolution Run has a little bit of something for everyone with a run, a Polar Bear Slide and post-race celebration. The 10k starts at 10am, the 5k starts at 10:o5am and the 1k starts at 11:15am. Pack your swimsuit along and take advantage of the polar slide, hang out in the hot tub or do a little of each. Registration includes a technical shirt, finisher medal, goodie bag, pancake breakfast, a beer garden for the over 21 crowd and post-race entertainment. Register before January 5th to get the best deal.The 5k costs $50, the 10k costs $60 and the 1k cub run is $15. Register for VIP status and get special perks at the finish line. Registration will be available at packet pick-up and race morning for an additional $5, if space is available. Day-of-registration will begin at 8am.

The run begins at the Battle Ground Gardener Center next to the cinema and promises a flat and fast course. Water stations will be offered every 1.5 miles. Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age bracket. The Resolution Run is a great opportunity to start the new year off right. Every fitness level is welcome and all participants are invited to the post race pancake breakfast. The Resolution Run is a healthy way to celebrate the new year.
