Coach Jim’s free group long run: Saturday, December 10

As long as the roads and sidewalks are safe for running, Coach Jim’s free Saturday group run will still happen. Watch his facebook page for updates, though; Coach Jim takes runner safety very seriously and he will watch out for you.

The run for this Saturday, December 10, is scheduled to leave from Bales Thriftway at 12675 NW Cornell Road in Portland at 8a. The current forecast is for temps in the low 40’s and rain. The routes – there are two this week – are made up of a 5-mile run that mainly travels on NW Cornell Road and an 8-mile run that is an out and back that wiggles its way through the Oak Hills Neighborhood and north into Bethany before heading back.
