Race Preview: 2016 Autumn Trails Eugene

Put on by Level 32 Racing, the Autumn Trails Eugene race is a trail run that offers something for just about everyone, with distance options of 3.5, 6, 10, and 16 miles. From looking at the Google Earth map of the area, it seems like this is a wooded area, with some degree of elevation per the race description.

The course map is here. Basically, longer race distances add successive loops to the shorter race distance courses. Aid stations with water and gels are located at five points, though only those 16 milers will encounter all five.

At just $25 for the 3.5 and 6 mile distances, and $30 for the 10 and 16 mile distances, this appears to be a great deal. There is a race shirt available for purchase for $12. Overall awards for first, second, and third place male and female finishers, as well as first, second, and third place age/gender group winners, will be given.
