Race Preview: 2016 Ashland Monster Dash (& ENTRY GIVEAWAY!)

If you haven't been down to experience the wonderful Southern Oregon city of Ashland, here is a great reason to make a trip. The 8th annual Monster Dash Run for Education is coming back to Lithia Park on Saturday, October 29. It is even a late start (1115am) , that you could wake up relatively early and make it down the same day. No excuses!

The race course for all three runs follows the perimeter of Lithia Park, the epic 93 acre park in downtown Ashland. If you haven’t spent time here, I HIGHLY recommend it. No dogs are allowed in the park at all, but stroller runners (like myself) are able to participate. See the image below for course descriptions.

If you do happen to want to sleep in and head down early, consider joining in on the pre-event Monster Ball at the Historic Ashland Armory from 5:00-8:30pm on the Friday before. There will be a dinner and silent auction (with proceeds going to the Ashland Education C. Additionally, there will be a DJ on-site and a costume contest.

**Don’t forget that we are doing a GIVEAWAY of 4 entries. Head over to our Instagram Page for more and click on the race picture for more details!**
