Race Preview: 2016 Sublimity Harvest Festival 3k/5k/10k

Harvest Festival

The 38th annual Sublimity Harvest Festival 3k/5k/10k takes place in Sublimity on Saturday, September 10th in conjunction with the town's annual harvest festival. All ages, speeds, and abilities are welcome to participate, and the first 200 registrants will receive Sunday admission tickets to the Harvest Festival.

All three distances start at the same time, one block west of Sublimity Grade School on Main St. The 3k route goes out and back on Berry St to the finish on the corner of Berry and Pine. The 5k course is a “one country block” loop on paved roads after leaving town towards the east, then finishing at the corner of Berry and Pine. The 10k course follows the same loop as the 5k, but adds in an out-and-back portion just before the 2 mile marker.

At the finish, awards will be given to the top finishers of each distance and age group (in ten-year groupings), and ribbons to the top six finishers in each age group.
