If you like a challenging, high-altitude run with wonderful views, the Timberline Mt Run is the event for you! The race starts and finishes at the Wy’East Day Lodge and the entire course is above the 5,000 foot elevation mark. Covering trail, mountain slope and just a tiny bit of road, the 7-mile course with nearly 4,000 feet of elevation change was featured in the August 2014 edition of Runner’s World Magazine.
There will be 2 aid stations along the course – one at mile 4.1 and the other at mile 5.4. Hot dogs, beer and soda (as well as other items) will be available for purchase at the Wy’East Day Lodge.
