Crayfish also known as crawfish, crawdads, freshwater lobsters, or mudbugs are celebrated during the Tualatin Crawfish Festival. Saturday August 6th, 2016 marks the 66th year of the Tualatin Crawfish Festival, held in (you guessed it) Tualatin. This family-friendly three day event featuring local music, fabulous food, cool drinks, crawfish eating contests, a dog agility contest and of course, the HTC series Crawfish Crawl. New this year: the half-marathon is back!
The kids dash is still a staple feature of this race and so is the 5K. Among other changes this year is that the 10K is now a relay. Grab three of your buddies and form a team of walkers or runners to complete the two-mile closed course in Tualatin Community Park. The short, flat and fast course is the perfect race to attain your summer PR in the half-marathon or cheering on your buddies in the relay, while enjoying community and friends.
How It Works: teams of four will run or walk on partially paved forest park trails for each leg. Each person on the running ream will run three legs, each 2.04 miles long. Walking team participants will each walk two legs, each 2.04 miles long. *Relay is capped at 250 teams, so register now!

Registration: Register yourself or your team here. Cost per person is $49 for the relay (you don’t have to have a team; the race directors can place you on one) and the half-marathon is $89. the course is chip timed and will have music and water stations along the route. *Please note that you cannot run the 10K individually. Registration ends at 6:00 pm on August 5th.
Swag: Each participant will receive a shirt and medal, complimentary beer from Full Sail or glass of wine from Barefoot Wine & Bubbly (ID Required), and a lot of giveaways by the race sponsors. Team photos at the start & finish are sponsored by Oregon Lottery.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top three teams in each category of Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed.

Race Day Information:
- 5:30am: Parking opens at 8515 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062. Carpooling is highly recommended.
- 6:00am: Packet pickup and gear check open near start line at Tualatin Community Park (It is recommend that you pick up your packet on Friday, so you don’t have to wait in line on race day).
- 7:30am: Kids Run
- 7:45am: Half Marathon starts
- 8:00am: Relay starts
- 8:30am: Live Music
- 10:00am: Half Marathon awards
- 10:30am: Relay awards
