Race Preview: 2016 No Bull OCR Mud Run (Nehalem) & DISCOUNT
Everybody is down for an obstacle course race in the summer right?! The self-proclaimed newest obstacle course race is coming to the Oregon Coast on July 24th, and you can get in now for only $50.
The race is put on by X-Dog Events, a great local race company that puts on some amazing events, and is timed by Scovel Racing. As with many of X-Dogs challenging races, there are bound to be some great natural obstacles. Toss in some man-made options to run over, under, around, and through and this event sure sounds epic.
Nehalem is between Cannon Beach and Rockaway Beach – less than a 2-hour drive from Portland. There are also camping options at a variety of FREE campgrounds along the coast, so feel free to make a weekend of it. The course itself is still a secret (which makes OCR’s all the best in my opinion), and the heats will kick off at 10am.
Stick around after and kick back with a cool Widmer and a celebratory medal.
