The course this year hasn’t changed much (if at all) when I had enjoyed it, so hopefully you will enjoy it too! Though the hills can be a fun challenge, there is plenty of support on the course with cheerful volunteers at the water stations and porta potties located at miles 1.1, 2.3, 3.7, 4.8, 5.8, 7.3, 8.5, 10.1 and 11.6. (Water and electrolytes will be on the course.)
The area can be quite congested and the website recommends participants arrive by 6:30 am for a stress-free race morning.
When: Saturday June 11
7:30 am- Kid’s run
8:00 am- Race start
Where: Ron Tonkin Field (4450 NW 229th Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97214)
Registration: Register online through imathlete.com and check current race fees as there will be a price increase after 5/29. Currently, the half marathon registration fee is $109.00 and the 10K is $89.00.
Website: Hood To Coast Race Series
I think you have the Half pricing wrong?
Thanks for noticing. Silly fingers!
