Race Preview: Ridgeline Ramble 20K, 20K Relay and 10K 5/28/16 (Eugene, Ore.)

The third (of six) events in the Run Big Trail Series is the 9th annual Ridgeline Ramble, occurring Memorial Day Weekend in Eugene, Oregon on Saturday, May 28, 2016. What is super cool about the Ridgeline Ramble is there is a 20K 2-person relay option to choose from, so it is the perfect trail event to do with a friend or family member. Also available is a 20K individual run or the 10K distance. An excellent, detailed course map is available for review. The course will be take participants along the stunning Ridgeline Trail in Eugene. Approximately 85% of the course is on trails, with the remaining on asphalt. The 20K begins at the Blanton Heights Trailhead, and travel to the finish line at Lane Community College. For those choosing the 10K (or the second person of the 2-person relay), the start will be at the Fox Hollow Trailhead. Park at Lane Community College, and jump on the shuttle for the respective distance you are doing. 

Aid stations and light snacks will be on the course – 7 total for the 20K, and 3 total for the 10K. Level 32 Racing is known for their incredible custom wood medallions for the top three overall male and female finishers at the Run Big Trail Series events. Awards will also be presented to the top three in each age group. Everyone will be eligible for random prizes.

As this event has a limited entry, I strongly encourage you to get registered as soon as possible for this wonderful event!
