Mosier Twin Tunnel Run
The Mosier Twin Tunnels Turkey Trot
takes place on Thanksgiving morning, November 26th, with a 10am start at the Historic Columbia River Highway Visitor Station in Hood River. Walkers, joggers, and runners are invited to choose between the 3k, 5k, and 12k out-and-back courses. None of the distances have a flat course, but the beautiful views will distract you from the hills.
The trail is closed to vehicle traffic, but is open to non-racers on race morning, so watch out for other users of the trail. There is a water station at the 5k turnaround point, and the 12k turns around just after the second tunnel. If you are bringing your dog, be sure to use a 3ft or shorter leash and that your dog behaves appropriately.
All profits of the race support Mosier Community Schools.
