Autumn Trails Eugene, the fifth of six events in the 2015 Run Big Trail Series, will be taking place on Sunday, November 8 in Eugene, Oregon. New this year, this event is an official "Grow Your Mo" event, bringing awareness to male forms of cancer, benefiting the Willamette Valley Cancer Institute in partnership with the Oregon Cancer Foundation. Autumn Trails Eugene will feature four distances to choose from, a 3.5 miler, 6 miler, 10 miler and 16 miler. As with a lot of trail events, the length of the trails is the length of the given event and are organic; your GPS may reflect a slightly different distance.

Races begin at 10 a.m. at the lovely Frank Kinney Park located in South Eugene. All distances will begin with a loop on the Rexius Trail and climb into the Amazon Headwaters Trail to Fox Hollow Road. For those participating in the 6 miler, your course will feature a loop over to the new Dillard Road connector trail. The 10 miler will take participants to the Willamette and Dillard area, and the 16 miler will include a jaunt out to Blanton Heights, South Willamette including around the south side of Spencer Butte, and the new Dillard connector trail. Please use the very detailed course map to assist with your decision in which distance to tackle.
