Portland Marathon Clinic Training Run for August 29, 2015
Speaking of pace group leaders, remember that they are volunteers! So be sure to give them many thanks – maybe a Starbucks card or even a pair of running socks are a great way to show your appreciation.
Remember to bring: sunscreen, hydration, nutrition, dry clothes for after the run, and Vaseline or BodyGlide (or your anti-chafing solution of choice). There will be aid stations at 4, 8 and 12 miles.
Where:Road Runner Sports at 7063 SW Nyberg St. in Tualatin
What time: The run starts at 8a. Be there no later than 7:45, and remember there is only one bathroom at RRS so you will want to plan accordingly
