Ladybug CDH Foundation whose mission is to help raise public awareness, fund medical research, and provide direct assistance to families in the Pacific Northwest with children affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), a potentially fatal congenital birth defect that affects 1 out of 2500 children born every year.
This event is chip timed by Uberthons with their amazingly accurate and instant results. After you cross the finish line and enjoy the goodies available at the race, stick around to enjoy live music and a costume contest.

Where: Cook Park in Tigard, Oregon
Registration: The 5K and 10K is $40 for adults and $20 for participants under the age of 18. A virtual race option is available for $35. A kids fun run of 1 mile distance or 1/2 mile distance is available for $12 (which also includes a medal and shirt for the little ones!) and a free diaper dash (and shirts depending on availability for sale at the event).
