All courses will follow the Alton Baker Park multi-use paths. The 20k and 13k will cross over the Owosso and DeFazio foot bridges. The 6k distance will take participants over the Greenway and DeFazio foot bridges.
All events will be chip timed. For each race, the 25 racers who predicted their finish time the closest will receive awards. Also, awards for the top male and female finisher, as well as top 3 finishers in each age group, will receive awards. No duplicate awards, however. Everyone is eligible for random prizes, too!

I’ve wondered about these “predict your finishing time” races. Isn’t there a moral hazard problem in that it’s quite easy to predict a slower than average time, and then tailor your finish quite precisely with the benefit of a GPS watch or smartphone?
True, Tung! Also, think of the folks who might feel it is okay to sneak that GPS or watch with them in a place that can’t be seen, but play-to-the-clock to win?
