Hydrate & Conquer
– Fred Water Flask
Since I have become a “runner” a few years ago, I have learned to enjoy plain old water more than I ever thought possible. I have a Hydroflask for everyday use, a Camelbak bladder for hiking, and a Nalgene bottle when I am working outside in the rain. I am a loyal member of the Water Club at work and have a variety of glasses at work that I refill throughout the day. To me, you can never have too many water carrying options. Enter the Fred Water Flask.
It is an 18 ounce stainless steel flask meant to fill you up with water, and still be small enough to fit comfortably in a back pocket of a pair of jeans or a small side pocket of a purse or bag.
The stainless steel Flask is simply uncoated, brushed steel; the white, charcoal, orange, army green, and light blue Flasks have a matte finish and are powder coated for enhanced durability. When you pledge for a powder coated Flask, you will receive a survey at the end of this Kickstarter project asking which color (or colors in the case of multiples) you’d like to receive.
You can get your hands on a Fred Flask for $23 – a small price to pay for a for a simple, yet cool contraption. With that pledge you will get one extra stainless steel cap, one loop lanyard, and two Fred stickers.
They also have the best Kickstarter video I have seen.
