Race Preview: Mt Tabor Doggie Dash (Portland)

Terrapin Events Mt Tabor Doggie Dash

Terrapin Events’ Mt Tabor Doggie Dash will take place on Sunday, August 24th at Portland’s Mt Tabor. While the name of the race has “doggie” in it, you are not required to have a dog in order to run, but be prepared to see MANY of them on the race course.

The race course runs on Mt Tabor’s tree-lined roads and winds up and down and around the park. The 8k starts at the bottom of the hill near the start/finish activities area, while the 5k starts at the top of the hill. Both courses have somewhat tricky turns and do parts of the course two times, so you need to keep track of where you are.
