On Sunday, March 23rd, Level 32 Racing Series is putting on the Mackenzie River Half Marathon. The course is a point-to-point course starting in Springfield, Oregon and ending in Eugene, Oregon. Said to be one of most scenic runs, the course runs through the Hayden Bridge neighborhood, Old Mohawk Road, McKenzie View Drive, and Armitage Park with views of the McKenzie River along the way. The course is relatively flat with a couple of rolling hills in the middle. The course map and elevation map can be seen here.

Runners will be shuttled from Armitage Park to the start line in Springfield. There will be aid stations along the course at mile 3.8, 5.7, 8, 10 and 12 handing out water, Gatorade, and ClifShots. All finishers will receive a finisher medal. This race, which is limited to the first 500 registrants, comes with personalized bibs if registered by February 14th.

Register: Online by February 14th for $50 (for personalized bibs), $60 from February 15 through March 22. There is a discount for seniors and youth.
